Oatmeal-Raisin Lactation Cookies! (for all you Milk Mamas!)

These Lactation Cookies are packed with all of the good stuff and none of the bad. Providing important vitamins, and minerals, soluble fiber, protein, omega 3 fatty acids and so much more, these delicious cookies will provide your mama drive with a boost of energy and building blocks for your babies nutrition. Yes, there is also sugar, but hey, something has to make it a cookie right? Although my recipe is GLUTEN FREE and DAIRY FREE, I have provided substitutes for those that don't want to go that route. Lets face it, your not going to want to share, and "hey, those are my lactation cookies" are a good reason not to, but these cookies are fine for the whole family as a more healthful replacement to your standard Oatmeal Raisin cookies. I make a double or triple batch and vacuum pack them by the dozen for the freezer, so I have a consistent supply without having to bake them more frequently.
